Although ACTBF has only been in existence for 12 years, we take immense pride in having been a part of so many fun events in the DFW community and beyond, year after year. These are just a few of our most notable performances. ACTBF does over 60 performances per year and does hundreds of hours of community service per year.
Texas Rangers- September 2018
Dallas Mavs Half-time show- March 2016 |
In September 2018, all of our performing groups had the privilege of performing for the Texas Rangers vs. Seattle Mariners MLB Baseball game on the field just before game time. In March 2016, ACTBF's Corazones (teen/adult) group had the privilege of performing for the Dallas Maverick's vs. the L.A. Clippers half-time show. We were the first Latino group to have performed at a Maverick's basketball event.

ACTBF has attended the BDMT competition in Round Rock, Tx 4 out of the 6 years that we've been in existence. We are proud to say that our group has won various awards at all levels, such as: Pro-Am, Child, Adult, Young Adult, groups, solos, duets and small groups.

On May 5, 2018, a few members from ACTBF's Corazones and Academy groups performed at our annual performance at the Deputy Mayor Pro tem Medrano and Councilman Narvaez's Cinco De Mayo kickoff celebration.
Texas Rangers Pre-game Show-September 2016
In September 2016, ACTBF performed for the third time at the Texas Rangers baseball game pre show.
Mariachi Vargas Concert- May 2015
In May 2015 ACTBF performed with the world-renowned mariachi group, Mariachi Vargas De Tecalitlan for their concert in Irving, Tx.
SMU Homecoming Parade- November 2016
In November 2017 ACTBF participated in the annual homecoming parade at Southern Methodist University (SMU) for the 4th year in a row.
State Fair of Texas- October 2018
ACTBF performed in our annual performance at The State Fair of Texas for Mundo Latino in 2018.
City Square's Food on the Move- August 2019
A few of our dancers performed for City Square's Food on the Move in August 2019 for a day of performing for the underserved community in various residential communities around the DFW Metroplex for breakfast and lunch.

UTD Cinco De Mayo- May 2018
In May 2018, ACTBF performed at the University of Texas at Dallas' Cinco De Mayo Celebration. Our very own executive director Lorena Villalva is also an alumni of UTD and three of our dancers pictured, Isabella, Carolina, and Max's father is a UTD alumni as well.
